Refund Policy

Registration:

In the event of withdrawal 60 days before the commencement date of the course, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made. The notice of withdrawal must be in writing to the school by registered mail. There is no refund for withdrawals for any reason whatsoever after the deadline.

An accepted student may (at the discretion of the School Managing Board) defer his/her place up to the one intake and his registration fee will be held for the confirmation of place. Should such students withdraw later, there is no refund of the registration fee.

Tuition:

If during the program, a student withdraws from the school for any reason, no refund will be made. But students may (at the discretion of the School Managing Board) return at the same point in next intake to complete their studies. There is no refund of any fees in the case of students who are dismissed (academic / disciplinary reasons) from the school.

Refunds in cases of institution closure:

Where Concordia closes, voluntarily or otherwise, before the course of study is delivered, President of the College may order a refund of all or part of paid student fees.
